Tata Motors has launched the Harrier EV QWD at an introductory price of Rs 28.99 lakh (ex-showroom, India) in the Indian market. The company had earlier announced the prices of the RWD models between Rs 21.49-27.49 lakh (ex-showroom, India). Tata Harrier EV bookings will start from July 2, 2025 across the domestic market. Recently, it became the first all-electric all-wheel-drive SUV to receive the highest 5-star safety rating from Bharat NCAP. Tata Harrier EV will rival Mahindra XEV 9e in the Indian market.
The Harrier EV QWD trim comes with dual-motor tech with power output of 156 bhp at front axle and 235 bhp at rear. The combined torque value generated by the dual electric motors stand at 504 Nm. The e-SUV, with the quad-wheel-drive setup, does the 0-100 kmph sprint in merely 6.3 secs. Some of the notable features on-board include Boost Mode, 6 Terrain Modes, and Off-Road Assist mode among others.

The all-electric Harrier SUV scored 32 out of 32 in Adult Occupant Protection (AOP) and 45 out of 49 in Child Occupant Protection (COP) during the crash tests conducted by Bharat NCAP. It is offered with two battery packs for the buyers in the form of 65 kWh and 75 kWh. While the former is available in Adventure, Adventure S, and Fearless+ grades, the latter can be availed in Fearless+, Empowered RWD and Empowered QWD trim levels.
Tata has presented the Harrier EV with some of the most advanced and premium features in the form of 14.5-inch Samsung Neo QLED cinematic touchscreen infotainment system, JBL Black 10 speaker system with Dolby Atmos, Summon Mode, Reverse Assist, Auto Park Assist, HD Rear view mirror, 540 degree surround view camera, Dual-zone climate control with cooled storage and air purifier, Ambient lighting synced with drive modes and music, and Wireless charging.
The Harrier EV also boasts of Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) charging functions. It has a boot capacity of 502 litres which is expandable up to 999 litres. As for the safety of the occupants, the electric SUV is equipped with 7 airbags, ADAS Level 2 with 20+ features, Acoustic Vehicle Alert System (AVAS), SOS Call function, Hill Descent Control, Hill Hold Assist, TPMS and rain-sensing wipers with auto headlamps.
