Hero MotoCorp led the way ahead of Honda, TVS and Bajaj in domestic two-wheeler sales for the month of June 2025 with over 5.25 lakh units

India’s two-wheeler leaderboard for June 2025 showed a clear split in fortunes across manufacturers with Honda losing significant ground even as others like Royal Enfield and TVS built on their momentum. Hero MotoCorp continued to occupy the top position, posting 5,25,136 units for the month.

The homegrown company added over 33,000 units compared to June 2024’s figure of 4,91,416, marking a 7 per cent rise year-on-year. For Hero, consistency in commuter segments appears to be driving incremental monthly gains. TVS Motor Company also managed to expand its volume, climbing to 2,81,012 units in June 2025, compared to 2,55,734 in the same month last year.

The Hosur-based manufacturer beat its arch rivals Bajaj Auto by a big margin last month but the gap to Honda was over 1.07 lakh units. The 10 per cent growth reflects ongoing demand for its scooters as the iQube has been performing well in recent times. With cumulative volume sales of over six lakh units and an expanded footprint, the iQube range appeals to a wide band of customers.
