TVS Raider Super Squad Deadpool and Wolverine Editions gain cosmetic enhancements related to these superheroes

TVS Motor Company has today announced the expansion of its Raider Super Squad Edition range in the domestic market. The latest additions celebrate the charisma of two of Marvel’s most beloved characters – Deadpool and Wolverine – with styling revisions but no mechanical changes have been incorporated as specifications remain the same.

The newly introduced TVS Raider Super Squad Editions are designed to resonate with Gen Z riders according to the brand. The designs draw heavily from the personalities of Deadpool and Wolverine with sticker jobs taking the centre stage – combining sporty decals with sharp bodywork that apparently elevate the Raider 125’s stance.

In terms of performance, the new Raider SSE continues to use a 124.8 cc, 3-valve, single-cylinder engine that produces best-in-class torque of 11.75 Nm at 6,000 rpm. Alongside this, TVS has integrated rider-centric technologies including the iGO Assist with Boost Mode which provides an extra push of acceleration when required while riding.

The Glide Through Technology (GTT) should ensure smoother handling at low speeds. Alongside, the Raider SSE comes equipped with a fully connected reverse LCD display offering over 85 features. The modern cluster allows riders to access ride data, navigation assistance, call and message alerts, and plenty more.

The journey of the Raider Super Squad Editions began in August 2023 with the launch of Iron Man and Black Panther-inspired models. The new Deadpool and Wolverine editions take this partnership forward and they are priced at Rs. 99,465 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and will be available at all TVS Motor Company dealerships across India starting this month.

The homegrown manufacturer is looking to introduce a brand new scooter early next month while its maiden dual-purpose adventure offering is also expected to arrive in the coming months. It will be equipped with a brand new engine and will focus on appealing to a wide range of consumers in the adventure and touring space.
