Delhi/Noida : President of India Droupadi Murmu today gave her assent to the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill, which was passed by both the Rajya Sabha and the Lok Sabha on Thursday. The bill was passed amid protests by opposition leaders in the House. Despite the uproar, it was cleared through a voice vote.
