Mahindra To Launch Multiple New Cars In Next 2-3 Years – EVs To Facelifts

Mahindra will debut its recently showcased Vision S, T, X and SXT concept SUVs starting from the year 2027

Mahindra & Mahindra is one of the most popular SUV manufacturers in India with a long list of high-selling models. The company has also entered the EV segment with the XEV 9e and BE 6. In order to continue the momentum, it plans to launch multiple new cars in the Indian market in the next 2-3 years.

1. Mahindra XUV3XO EV

The XUV3XO EV has been in the development for a long time now and it is expected to debut by the end of 2025 or early next year. The electric SUV has been spotted on multiple occasions, revealing a familiar design to the ICE XUV3XO. It will likely replace the XUV400 EV in the brand’s line-up. Under the hood, we expect the Tata Nexon EV rival to carry the 34.5 kWh and 39.4 kWh battery packs with a claimed range of around 400 kilometres on single charge.

2. Mahindra XEV 7e

Mahindra will debut its first all-electric 7-seater SUV in the Indian market early next year. The XEV 7e is the electrified version of the XUV700, and it will be based on the INGLO platform. The battery packs will be shared with the XEV 9e and BE 6, comprising of 59 kWh and 79 kWh units, claiming a range of over 600 kilometres on a single charge. Inside the cabin, the EV SUV will likely get a triple screen setup. It will be offered in RWD configuration as standard and we also expect an AWD version at the time of launch.

3. Mahindra XUV700 Facelift

Expected to launch around mid-2026, the XUV700 facelift will has been spotted testing multiple times in India. The updated SUV will sport a new exterior design, along with an updated cabin layout. The recent spy shots confirmed the presence of a triple-screen setup. In addition to this, we could see the addition of new features, however, nothing can be confirmed as of now. Under the hood, the XUV700 facelift will be powered by the familiar 2.2-litre mHawk diesel and 2.0-litre mStallion petrol engines.

4. Mahindra BE Rall-E

The rugged off-road oriented version of the BE 6, the BE Rall-E was recently spotted testing, confirming that its launch is around the corner. It is expected to go on sale sometime in 2026. While the technical details of the BE Rall-E are scare at the moment, it will likely get AWD (all-wheel-drive) system as standard. The larger 79 kWh battery pack will power the off-road electric SUV. In terms of design, the Mahindra BE Rall-E will feature round headlamp setup, rugged off-road spec bumpers, steel wheels as seen on the spy shots, a roof carrier and steel wheels.

5. Mahindra Vision Concept SUVs

Mahindra showcased its 4 upcoming SUV in concept form in August this year. The Vision S will be the first model to go on sale, and it is expected to be launched by the end of 2026 or early 2027. It will be followed by the Vision X, Vision T and Vision SXT. The Vision S will likely be a part of the Scorpio line-up, measuring less than 4 metres long.

The Vision T will likely spawn the all-electric version of the Thar nameplate. Vision X, on the other hand, could serve as the next-gen iteration of the XUV3X0. The Vision concept SUVs will be based on an all-new NU_IQ flexible architecture, capable of accommodating multiple powertrains (EV, Hybrid and ICE) and body styles. Mahindra also claims that the new platform will offer the best-in-segment commanding sitting position and up to 227 mm of ground clearance.
