American consumer health company Kenvue has announced the appointment of Niranjani C as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 3, 2025. In this role, she will join both the India Leadership Team and the Finance Leadership Team in Asia Pacific, succeeding Manish Vora, who left the company in April 2024, as per his LinkedIn profile.

With over 23 years of experience, Niranjani is a seasoned finance and business leader, having worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Unilever, P&G, Nokia, and Hershey. She brings extensive expertise in enterprise growth strategies and financial operations.

Her academic credentials include being a gold medalist in B.Com, an MBA graduate, and a CFA ranker. Beyond her professional achievements, she is known for her commitment to enhancing people, processes, and systems, as well as her advocacy for diversity and inclusion.

Before joining Kenvue, Niranjani served as CFO at Hershey India, overseeing operations across India, Europe, and World Travel Retail since 2018. She also holds an independent director position at Onward Technologies, a global tech transformation company.

Meanwhile, Kenvue, an NYSE-listed company, recently reported its FY24 and Q4 financial results. Net sales saw a marginal decline of 0.1% to $3.7 billion, while organic sales grew by 1.7%, reflecting steady performance despite market fluctuations.
