Royal Enfield is working on a range of new bikes for India and abroad and here we have explained about the possible upcoming ones

After a string of updates to its existing models, Royal Enfield is switching gears toward brand new launches. The company is busy fleshing out its 450 cc platform which will form the base for several upcoming bikes. Alongside that, development is underway on a new batch of bigger machines in the 650 cc and 750 cc categories.

Royal Enfield is reportedly developing a café racer based on the Guerrilla 450 platform with a launch window targeted for 2026. The upcoming model is set to rival the recently launched Triumph Thruxton 400. Multiple test mules and leaked details over the past few months point to Royal Enfield’s intent to stretch the 450 cc architecture into a sportier, retro-inspired body style.

At present, the Bullet 350 is the second most affordable motorcycle in Royal Enfield’s stable – positioned just above the Hunter 350. Following that logic, a 650 cc parallel-twin version would likely be placed below the Classic 650 Twin in both pricing and market hierarchy. The Bullet 650 Twin name has already been trademarked as well.

Upon launch, it could offer buyers a more accessible entry point into Royal Enfield’s twin-cylinder range while retaining the Bullet’s old-school charm and traditional appeal. At the upper end of its range, Royal Enfield is said to be working on an all-new 750 cc engine platform – internally codenamed the ‘R’ architecture.

The first motorcycle to emerge from this setup is expected to be the Continental GT-R which could make its debut before the end of the current financial year. Early indications suggest that the bike will carry forward the brand’s signature café racer design language and it could also target high volume sales in the international markets.

Alongside preparations for its first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6, which is slated to arrive in early 2026, Royal Enfield is also readying a scrambler-styled derivative to follow soon after. In addition to these EVs, work continues on an electric iteration of the Himalayan as well as it has been spied multiple times.

At the same time, Royal Enfield hasn’t ruled out the possibility of introducing a larger 750 cc version of the Himalayan. A more hardcore version of the existing Himalayan 450 is also a possibility for the future.
