In October 2025, brands such as Mahindra, Skoda, Citroen and Mini are all set to introduce new cars across different segments in India
The month of October 2025 will witness plenty of new car launches from brands such as Mahindra, Skoda, Citroen and Mini across different segments to leverage the festive season furore and here we have explained about them:
1. Updated 3-Door Mahindra Thar:
Contrary to previous test mules, the updated version of the 3-door Mahindra Thar is only expected to get minor visual revisions while the existing petrol and diesel engines will be retained with same transmission choices. The interior will see updates such as repositioned AC switches, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, reverse camera and more.
2. Mahindra Bolero Neo Facelift:
Spotted testing recently, the mid-cycle update to the Bolero Neo is expected to arrive soon in India but no official confirmation has been made yet. It will get cosmetic changes to the front and rear profiles alongside the inclusion of new features inside the cabin. However, no mechanical enhancements are likely.

3. Nissan C-Segment SUV:
Nissan will introduce a brand new midsize SUV sometime early next year following the launch of a compact MPV based on the Renault Triber. It will have a lot in common with the forthcoming Duster, set to launch in H1 2026. To make its local debut on October 7, it will be powered by turbocharged petrol engines at least initially. It will give rise to a seven-seater sibling in the near future.
4. Skoda Octavia RS:
The performance-based latest global Skoda Octavia RS made its domestic debut at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 earlier this year. It will officially go on sale on October 17 and will be brought into the country via CBU route. The initial lot will comprise only 100 units and it will also boast a host of mechanical enhancements compared to the standard model. It will be equipped with a 2.0L turbo petrol mill kicking out 261 bhp and 370 Nm.

5. Mini Countryman JCW All4:
Pre-bookings for the Mini Countryman John Cooper Works All4 have commenced in India as it is scheduled to launch on October 14, 2025. It will derive power from a 2.0L turbo petrol mill generating 300 bhp and 400 Nm and will be linked with a seven-speed DCT. It is claimed to accelerate from zero to 100 kmph in just 5.4 seconds.
6. Citroen Aircross X:
Following the debut of the X range in the C3 hatchback and Basalt SUV coupe, Citroen India is now gearing up to bring in the similar spec Aircross X. The French brand will introduce features such as all-LED lighting setup, new seat upholstery, ventilated seats and more but no powertrain and gearbox changes are expected.
