While the Kia Carens Clavis EV has been confirmed, other three models we have mentioned here are also expected to arrive in July 2025 in India
The month of July 2025 is expected to see as many as four new car launches in India from brands like Kia, MG, BMW and Renault and here we have explained them:
1. Kia Carens Clavis EV:
On July 15, Kia will host the debut of the Carens Clavis EV in India. Set to become the first midsize electric MPV offering in India, the Clavis EV will have a lot in common with the Creta Electric as two battery packs will be offered. We expect the claimed driving range to go over 460 km between charges and it will support DC fast charging too.
The interior will boast features such as a large touchscreen infotainment system, an all-digital instrument console, automatic climate control, multiple airbags, ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof, smart air purifier, wireless charging facility, in-car connected tech and OTA updates, drive modes, Level 2 ADAS and much more.
2. MG M9:
MG is preparing to launch the M9, a fully electric luxury MPV and we expect it to happen in July 2025. Sales will be restricted to the brand’s upscale MG Select network, where it will share showroom space with the soon-to-arrive Cyberster. Powering the MG M9 is a 90 kWh battery pack sending out 245 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. MG claims a WLTP-certified range of around 430 km per charge. Pricing is expected to open just north of Rs. 65 lakh (ex-showroom).
3. BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe:
Underneath the cosmetic tweaks, the new-generation BMW 2 Series has grown ever so slightly – stretching an extra 20 mm in length and standing 25 mm taller than before. Unveiled globally late last year, it is said to be readied now for an Indian market debut around July 2025, where it will sit at the bottom of BMW’s local range. It will be equipped with 2.0L petrol and 2.0L diesel engines.
4. Renault Kiger Facelift:
The facelifted version of the Renault Kiger has been caught on camera multiple times and we expect it to debut sometime next month or right before the festive season commences. It will get a redesigned exterior and an updates with the addition of new features and technologies. However, the same 1.0L NA petrol and 1.0L turbo petrol engines will stay put.
