1. Ola S1 X

The S1 X is the most affordable scooter in Ola Electric’s line-up. At a price tag of Rs. 94,999 (ex-showroom), you can get the 2 kWh battery pack variant of the S1 X. It comes with an IDC claimed range of 108 kilometres with a top speed of 101 kmph. The e-scooter is powered by a 7 kW mid-drive motor. In terms of features, it gets a 4.3-inch LCD console, three ride modes (Eco, Normal and Sport) and Bluetooth connectivity features like turn-by-turn navigation.

2. TVS iQube

The entry-level variant of the TVS iQube line-up will set you back by Rs. 94,434 (ex-showroom). The e-scooter features a 2.2 kWh battery pack with a claimed range of 94 kilometres on a single charge. It is powered by a 4.4 kW BLDC hub-mounted motor. The iQube comes with a 5-inch TFT console with smartphone connectivity features and two ride modes, i.e. Eco and Power.
3. Vida V2 Plus

Hero MotoCorp’s electric division Vida has the V2 Plus in its line-up, which is priced at Rs. 85,300 (ex-showroom). It is powered by a 3.44 kWh battery pack with an ARAI-certified claimed range of 143 kilometres on a single charge. The Vida V2 Plus uses a 6 kW electric motor with three ride modes, i.e. Eco, Ride and Sport. In terms of features, it gets a 7-inch console, keyless start-stop, cruise control and more.

4. TVS Orbiter

The Orbiter is the latest entrant in the affordable electric scooter segment. Launched last month, TVS’ new e-scooter will set you back by Rs. 1.05 lakh (ex-showroom), however, coupled with the PM E-Drive scheme, it will cost just under Rs. 1 lakh. It is powered by a 3.1 kWh battery pack with a claimed range of 158 kilometres on a single charge. The TVS Orbiter comes loaded with modern features such as cruise control, hill-hold control, 5.5-inch LCD console, USB charging, OTA updates and more.
5. Ampere Magnus Neo

At a price tag of Rs. 84,999 (ex-showroom), the Ampere Magnus Neo is the most affordable electric scooter in this list. The electric scooter is powered by a 2.3 kWh LFP battery pack with a claimed range of 85-95 kilometres on a single charge. It uses a BLDC hub-mounted motor with an output of 1.5 kW and has a top speed of 65 kmph. The company offers the best-in-segment standard warranty of 75,000 kilometres or 5 years, whichever is earlier.
