Hero MotoCorp finished ahead of Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Royal Enfield, Suzuki and Yamaha in retail sales in November 2025 in India
At the top stood Hero MotoCorp which retained the No.1 position by a massive margin, while Honda and TVS continued to strengthen their hold over the industry. With festive demand, improved rural sentiment, and rising interest in premium models, November turned into one of the most competitive months of the year. However, some notable brands endured big YoY dips as well.
Hero MotoCorp stayed firmly in the lead with 8,86,002 units – recording a 3.4 per cent year-on-year de-growth and capturing a 34.8 per cent market share. Consistent demand for Splendor, HF Deluxe, and the brand’s commuter portfolio helped Hero maintain its dominance. Honda secured the second spot with a retail tally of 6,06,284 units and all the data you see here are sourced from FADA.
Honda’s numbers translated to a 7.74 per cent year-on-year decline but it held onto a 23.8 per cent share of the November market. The Activa range continues to be Honda’s backbone while the Shine series and expanding premium lineup have helped the brand widen its reach across the country but it couldn’t replicate the same success in its EV business.
