The Harrier EV bookings commenced recently at the brand’s official website and the deliveries are likely to begin in the next 10-15 days in India

Tata Harrier EV was launched last month in the Indian market. The bookings for the all-electric SUV began just a couple of days back on July 2, 2025 at the brand’s website. Now, Tata Motors has announced that the Harrier EV has entered series production at its factory in Pune with the first unit rolling off the production line. The deliveries of the e-SUV are expected to start in the next few days in the Indian market. Tata Harrier EV comes in a price range of 21.49-30.23 lakh (ex-showroom) in the domestic market.

The Harrier electric SUV is available in Quad Wheel Drive (QWD) and Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) configurations. While the former is offered in four grades namely Adventure, Adventure S, Fearless+ and Empowered, the latter is only presented in the range-topping Empowered derivative. The Harrier EV is retailed in four colour options namely Nainital Nocturne, Empowered Oxide, Pristine White, and Pure Grey.

Recently, Tata Motors also rolled out the Harrier EV Stealth Edition in a dark matte black colour scheme. In fact, the cabin upholstery is also finished in an all-black theme. Sitting on the acti.ev+ architecture, the electric SUV gets several segment-first features such as 540° Surround View system, 14.5-inch Harman display powered by Samsung Neo QLED and JBL 10-speaker audio system with Dolby Atmos.

The Harrier EV is also packed with Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) charging features. The standard boot capacity with all seats in place stands at 502 litres. Though, it can be further extended to 999 litres by folding the rear seats. Some of the notable safety equipment offered with the Harrier EV include 7-airbags, Level 2 ADAS suite, Hill Hold Assist, Hill Descent Control and TPMS among others.

Tata Harrier EV bagged the highest 5-star safety rating in crash tests conducted by Bharat NCAP. The electric SUV scored 32/32 in Adult Occupant Protection (AOP) while the score in Child Occupant Protection (COP) stood at 45/49. The Harrier EV is at loggerheads with the Mahindra XEV 9e in the Indian market which is marginally more expensive than it.

The Harrier EV is introduced with two battery pack options: 65 kWh and 75 kWh. The range-topping Empowered 75 QWD variant is offered with dual electric motors, one at each front and rear axles with power output of 156 bhp and 235 bhp, respectively. The highest torque performance stands at 504 Nm. It does a 0-100 kmph sprint in merely 6.3 secs.
