Tata Harrier EV can be bought in multiple variants and is available with two battery packs – a 65 kWh and a 75 kWh – with single and twin motor setups
Tata Motors formally released the complete pricing details for the Harrier EV a few days ago with the electric SUV available from Rs. 21.49 lakh for the base variant and extending up to Rs. 30.23 lakh (ex-showroom) for the range-topping Stealth Edition. Bookings have opened now officially at authorised dealerships and through Tata’s online platform.
Additionally, current Tata EV customers are being offered exclusive loyalty benefits worth Rs. 1 lakh when opting for the Harrier EV. Tata’s electric Harrier arrives with two battery pack options – a 65 kWh unit and a larger 75 kWh version. The 65 kWh pack is available in three trims: Adventure, Adventure S and Fearless+.
Buyers opting for the 75 kWh configuration can choose between Fearless+, Empowered RWD and Empowered QWD variants. The homegrown manufacturer also sells the Harrier EV in a Stealth Edition which is available in four specific trims: Empowered 75, Empowered 75 ACFC, Empowered QWD 75 and Empowered QWD 75 ACFC.

Built on the Acti.ev+ platform, the five-seater Harrier EV boasts a real world driving range stretching up to 505 km on a single charge. Among its key highlights is a QLED touchscreen interface, a segment-first feature. The safety equipment that comes standard across the range include six airbags, all-four disc brakes and tyre pressure monitoring system.
Both RWD variants are equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor kicking out a max power of 238 PS and 315 Nm of peak torque. The AWD layout, on the other hand, comes with a high performance induction motor up front with a PMS motor at the rear, offering a combined torque of 504 Nm. The former features Eco, City and Sport ride modes while the latter adds a Boost mode.

The QWD variants have been configured with serious off-tarmac ability – featuring a water wading depth of 600 mm and gradeability of up to 47 per cent. The lower trims come with three terrain response modes – Normal, Wet and Rough – while the top-spec AWD Empowered QWD 75 gains six dedicated terrain settings, expanding control to Snow/Grass, Mud-Ruts, Sand, Rock Crawl and a Custom mode.
