Saint-Gobain Sekurit CFO Jeyendran Jayaseelan to step down, CFO News, ETCFO
French manufacturing company Saint-Gobain Sekurit India Ltd. has announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Jeyendran Jayaseelan, effective March 25, 2025.
Jayaseelan has been with Saint-Gobain since 2014, starting as a financial analyst, according to his LinkedIn profile. After more than a decade with the company, he has cited his resignation as a move to pursue opportunities beyond the organization, as per a regulatory filing.
A seasoned finance professional, Jayaseelan previously worked with Henkel Adhesives Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. and Dalmia Cement. As of now, the company has not announced a successor for the CFO role.
A subsidiary of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain, Paris, the glass manufacturing company also released its Q3 2025 financial results, reflecting a strong performance. Revenue grew by 1.32% year-over-year, reaching Rs. 53.02 crore, while profits surged 22.75% to Rs. 10.09 crore. However, despite these positive results, the company’s stock has been underperforming, closing at Rs. 102.75 today.
