Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6 has been confirmed to launch towards the closure of next year and it will be available in India as well as international markets
Royal Enfield’s electric mobility arm, Flying Flea, has taken the wraps off its second product – the scrambler-styled Flying Flea S6 – at EICMA 2025 in Milan. Following the FF.C6’s debut at the previous edition of the show, the new FF.S6 draws inspiration from the original Flying Flea motorcycles – lightweight machines airdropped during wartime for quick mobility.
The new electric scrambler channels that same philosophy of adaptability and adventure but it is repackaged for modern day use and navigating through city streets and off-road trails. As for the styling, the Flying Flea S6 has a minimalistic appeal – similar to the FF.C6. It comes with upside down front forks, chain final drive and 19-inch front and 18-inch rear staggered wheels.
Its finned magnesium battery case helps keep weight low whiling aiding overall cooling. Up front, a round touchscreen cluster pays homage to the original Flea and it boasts high resolution TFT screen enabling connected features and navigation. The Flying Flea’s visual cues shine through the fin-inspired motifs – converging into a distinctive and wing-shaped centre element.

Underneath, the Royal Enfield FF.S6 is powered by a high-torque electric motor coupled with long suspension travel which is said to offer confident and planted ride both on tarmac and light trails. A dedicated off-road mode, switchable dual-channel ABS and lean-angle sensing traction control fare also available and it will become the brand’s second EV to reach the Indian market.
On the tech side, Flying Flea leverages a Qualcomm Snapdragon QWM2290 processor to run its in-house operating system for 4G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. The system enables real-time vehicle management through the TFT cluster and integrates voice-assist functionality for navigation, music and calls.

Complementing this, NXP microcontrollers handle secure data communication and energy management. With multi-device connectivity, riders can monitor and control key features like ride modes, diagnostics and charging via a smartphone app or smartwatch and RE will also offer Over-the-air (OTA) updates.
Set to arrive by late 2026, the Flying Flea S6 is expected to be priced competitively in the domestic market. Manufacturers like Hero MotoCorp and TVS Motor Company are also planning to bring in new electric motorcycle offerings in the near future as the segment will certainly evolve in the coming years.
