Notice is hereby given that the partnership firm M/s LUXQUE DETAILING BY RALLY, located at Khasra No. 541, 542, Basement, Aya Nagar, New Delhi – 110030, stands dissolved w.e.f. 01.08.2025.
The firm was constituted between Mrs. Shipra Kapoor (Remaining Partner) and Mrs. Kavaldeep Kaur Luthra (Absconding Partner). Due to the continued unauthorized absence of the latter, the firm has been dissolved under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932.
The undersigned shall not be liable for any future transactions.
