The new-gen model will come with refreshed styling, advanced features and the same set of petrol and diesel engines in India
Hyundai India has announced the launch of the new-gen Venue on Oct 24, 2025 in the domestic market. The SUV has been spotted multiple times on the Indian roads during its test runs and the wait is finally getting over in a coming couple of months.
The new-gen Hyundai Venue will come with radical styling updates and never-seen-before features while retaining the same engine and gearbox options. It will be challenging the likes of Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, and Mahindra XUV 3XO while being pricier than the ongoing model.
New-Gen Hyundai Venue Design
The new-gen model of the SUV will take design cues from the current-gen Creta and first-gen Palisade SUVs. It will get a quad-LED headlamp setup upfront with connected DRLs, which we see in the Creta. Underneath the headlamps, the new-gen Venue will boast of L-shaped LEDs, reminiscent of the first-gen Palisade SUV. The parametric front grille has been replaced by a more open unit with rectangular slats.
The new-gen Hyundai Venue rides on 16-inch alloy wheels with a fresh design. There will be thick cladding around the wheel arches to provide it a sportier appearance. The window lines are flat while the rear spoiler has grown in length, as confirmed by the spy shots. Hyundai is likely to introduce some new dual-tone colour schemes with the new SUV.
New-Gen Hyundai Venue Features
The new-gen model will share the cabin and features with the Creta and Alcazar. Right from the upholstery to seats and dashboard design, everything will be premium, upmarket and advanced than before. We believe the new-gen Venue to come equipped with a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, an all-digital instrument cluster, and a larger touchscreen infotainment system.
New-Gen Hyundai Venue Safety Features
The new-gen Hyundai Venue will apparently get the first-in-segment Level 2 ADAS suite with several exquisite safety features. In addition, it is likely to come packed with front parking sensors and all four disc brakes. Just so you know, the ongoing Hyundai Venue is offered with Level 1 ADAS tech in the higher trims.
New-Gen Hyundai Venue Engine
Mechanically, the new-gen Venue is expected to remain unchanged with the same (1.0L and 1.2L) petrol and (1.5L) diesel engines at the helm. The transmission choices are also likely to be carried over from the current version in the form of 5-speed manual, 7-speed DCT and 6-speed manual units. Stay tuned for more updates on the same.
