The diesel version of the Mahindra XUV 3XO gets the highest benefit as its prices have been reduced by Rs. 1.56 lakh due to the new GST tax slab
Mahindra & Mahindra has announced that it will be passing on the full GST benefits to its customers – following the recent revision in tax slabs announced by the central government. The reduced GST rate of 18 to 40 per cent, compared to the earlier 29 to 48 per cent, will now be applicable across Mahindra’s SUV portfolio.
As a result, customers can avail benefits of up to Rs. 1.56 lakh depending on the model and variant. The new prices have come into effect starting September 6, 2025 and will be reflected at Mahindra’s authorised sales outlets and digital platforms. Among the popular models, the diesel version of the XUV 3XO sees the highest benefit of up to Rs. 1.56 lakh.
Meanwhile, its petrol counterpart offers savings of up to Rs. 1.40 lakh courtesy of price cuts. The Bolero/Neo comes with benefits reaching Rs. 1.27 lakh. The Thar 2WD gets a price advantage of Rs. 1.06 lakh while the Thar 4WD variants offer up to Rs. 1.01 lakh in savings as the best-selling lifestyle off-road SUV in India become more appealing to consumers.
