Mahindra Bolero Maxx Pik-Up HD 1.9 CNG uses a 2.5-litre turbocharged CNG motor that delivers 61 kW and 220 Nm of torque
Mahindra & Mahindra has introduced a new chapter to its pickup portfolio with the Bolero Maxx Pik-Up HD 1.9 CNG, carrying a price tag of Rs. 11.19 lakh (ex-showroom). Built around the brand’s reputation for rugged commercial vehicles, the new variant pushes the boundaries on payload, driving range, and connectivity – now rolling out with several segment-firsts.
Positioned as a long-haul specialist, the HD 1.9 CNG draws power from a 2.5-litre turbocharged CNG motor that delivers 61 kW and 220 Nm of torque, peaking between 1,200 and 2,200 rpm. With a 180-litre CNG tank under the chassis, the vehicle claims a travel range of nearly 400 km on a single refill, aimed at reducing downtime for operators running intercity or semi-urban routes.
This is Mahindra’s first CNG pickup to integrate the iMAXX connected vehicle suite, offering live diagnostics, vehicle health monitoring, and operational insights tailored to fleet managers. On the equipment front, the load carrier includes a 5-speed manual gearbox and power steering, targeting ease of use across variable terrain and tight logistics corridors.

Underneath, the vehicle runs on 16-inch tyres, with leaf spring setups on both axles providing the kind of load endurance and stability essential for commercial applications. Designed to endure punishing cycles, the Bolero MaXX Pik-Up HD 1.9 CNG joins Mahindra’s commercial ranks as a tool built for real-world challenges – marrying old-school toughness with modern-day tech.
