Jitesh Mohan Sharma is an Indian cricketer who represents the national team. He made his international debut against Nepal on 3 October 2023 during the 2022 Asian Games. In domestic cricket, he plays for Vidarbha and represents the Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the Indian Premier League.
Jitesh made his List A debut for Vidarbha on 27 February 2014 in the Vijay Hazare Trophy and his first-class debut on 1 October 2015 in the Ranji Trophy. He emerged as Vidarbha’s leading run-scorer in the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy, with 298 runs in seven matches. His strong performance in the 2023 IPL season boosted his international chances. He has also played for Bhawanipore Club in the P. Sen Trophy.
He received his first call-up to the Indian team in January 2023 for the T20I series against Sri Lanka. Jitesh made his international debut later that year against Nepal at the Asian Games.
