The company is set to open the DLF Promenade Goa, a 700,000 square feet shopping mall that will further enhance its retail footprint. With these additions, DLF Malls’ operational space will expand from 5 million to approximately 6.4-6.5 million square feet by 2025-26 (FY26).

While the overall retail sector has faced some slowdowns due to economic cycles, DLF Malls has continued to see steady growth. While growth was slightly tempered in 2024-25 (FY25), the company saw high single-digit growth, Bector said.
