A huge advantage. Armwrestling isn’t just about arm strength it’s about grip, wrist control, explosiveness, endurance, and recovery. My background in fitness helps me fine-tune these areas, avoid injuries, and recover faster. I know exactly how to train each muscle group involved in armwrestling.

Q: Who do you think is your biggest competition this season?

To be honest, every competitor is a threat if you’re not prepared. But I don’t focus too much on opponents. I focus on my own game. I respect everyone, but I fear no one. Let’s just say they need to be prepared when they face me.

Q: What does armwrestling mean to you personally?

Armwrestling is more than a sport —it’s a test of willpower. When your hand is locked with another person’s, and it’s just you, them, and the referee — that’s a primal battle. It brings out something raw in me. It teaches humility, hunger, and the power of persistence.
