Anant Raj partners with CSC Data Services for data centre and cloud solutions

Realty firm Anant Raj Ltd on Monday (February 17) said its wholly-owned subsidiary Anant Raj Cloud Private Ltd has signed an agreement with CSC Data Services India Ltd (CDSIL), a subsidiary of CSC E-Governance Services India Ltd.

The partnership aims to offer and promote rack rental (co-location data centres) and cloud services to government departments and private organisations. Under the agreement, ARC will provide technical, technology, and marketing support to CDSIL while assisting in the implementation of sovereign data centre services and disaster recovery solutions.

“…we are pleased to inform that CSC Data Services India Limited (CDSIL) and Anant Raj Cloud Pvt. Ltd.(ARC), a 100% subsidiary of M/s. Anant Raj Limited has signed & executed an agreement to jointly offer and promote the following products to the different Government departments and Private organizations: Rack Rental Business (Co-location data Center) and Cloud Services,” the company said in a stock exchange filing.

CSC Data Services India is a subsidiary of CSC E-Governance Services India Ltd, approved under the national e-governance plan of the Government of India and is in the business of providing data centre, web hosting services, IT & ITES, and turnkey solutions in India, mainly to government and its various departments.

Shares of Anant Raj Ltd ended at ₹520.35, down by ₹34.50, or 6.22%, on the BSE.
