Glenn Phillips is a New Zealand cricketer who represents the New Zealand national team. In domestic cricket, he represents Otago and previously played for Auckland. He made his international debut in February 2017.

Glenn Phillips’s Personal Life
Glenn Phillips was born in South Africa and moved to New Zealand with his family in 2002. At that time, Glenn was five years old, and his younger brother Dale was three. The family settled in Auckland. Their parents worked regular jobs, and cricket became a way to keep the two boys active after school.
Glenn and Dale grew up playing cricket at the Howick Pakuranga Club. Glenn was the more cricket-obsessed of the two. He would spend long hours batting and often hit balls out of the ground into the car park. Coaches sometimes had to ask them to stop playing because they never wanted to leave the nets.
The brothers are very close personally. Glenn regularly checks on Dale, trains with him, and supports him when things go wrong. Dale has said Glenn is the first person to call him after a bad day. Glenn decided early that academics were not his main focus and chose to fully commit to cricket.
