Roger Federer has built one of the most valuable endorsement portfolios in the history of sports. In 2020, his $106M in earnings crowned him the world’s highest-paid athlete. Even in retirement, his brand power remains unmatched.
His biggest contract is with Japanese apparel giant Uniqlo, a ten-year, $300M deal signed in 2018. While Federer earned about $130M in prize money, the bulk of his fortune comes from endorsements, global appearances, and smart investments.
The crown jewel is his stake in On Running, the Swiss sneaker brand that went public in 2021. His estimated 3% stake is now worth more than $375M.
Through the Roger Federer Foundation, he has raised over $50M, supporting education for more than 1.5 million children across Africa and Switzerland.
