Royal Enfield recorded 76,957 unit sales in June 2025 which resulted in a 16 per cent YoY volume growth in the domestic market
Royal Enfield’s monthly sales climbed to 89,540 units in June 2025 as the predominantly retro motorcycle maker registered a year-on-year volume increase of 22 per cent. The domestic market accounted for 76,957 units, up 16 per cent when compared to the same period last year. The export volumes, meanwhile, rose sharply to 12,583 units.
The overseas shipping tally helped register a 79 per cent jump compared to the 7,024 motorcycles exported during the same month last year. For the April-June period of the current financial year, cumulative dispatches reached a total of 2,65,528 units – marking a 17 per cent rise over the 2,26,907 motorcycles sold during the same quarter in FY25.
Of that, 2,28,779 units were recorded as domestic sales with export numbers at 36,749 – up 65 per cent over the same period last year. On the brand side, Royal Enfield flagged off the latest edition of its annual expedition – Himalayan Odyssey a few days ago. Now in its 21st year, the ride covers 2,600 km over 18 days and will take 77 riders through the high altitude terrains of Ladakh, Spiti and Zanskar.

The route also includes Umling La, a pass often cited as the highest motorable road in the world. It must be noted that medical and logistics support teams have been deployed to accompany the group. June also saw the brand expand its apparel catalogue. Under the broader Green Pursuit initiative, the company launched the ‘Conscious Collection’ – a sustainable clothing line crafted from recycled inputs, Himalayan grass fibre, organic cotton and naturally derived dyes.
Royal Enfield currently has the Classic 350, Bullet 350 and Meteor 350 performing at the top level in terms of garnering sales numbers. The Meteor 350, in particular, received a mid-cycle update recently. RE also sells the Himalayan 450 dual-purpose adventure tourer and the Guerrilla 450 neo-retro roadster along with the vast lineup of 650 cc motorcycles.

The Chennai-based manufacturer is also testing its Flying Flea C6 electric motorcycle and its scrambler variant ahead of their launch sometime next year while new 750 cc and 650 cc are in the pipeline too.
