Tata Harrier EV gets a real world range of up to 505 km between charges; boasts lifetime battery warranty
Tata Motors has uncovered the price list for the RWD variant of the Harrier EV in India following the announcement of its starting price a while ago. The rear-wheel drive versions carry an introductory starting price of Rs 21.49 lakh and it goes all the way up to Rs 27.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The official bookings are set to begin on July 2, 2025.
It must be noted that the prices do not factor in the optional AC fast charger or its installation. The real headline grabber is the dual-motor AWD version whose specifications are already out ahead of the official price announcement on June 27, 2025. The higher-spec variants will produce a combined output of 396 PS – split between 158 PS at the front and 238 PS at the rear – and a stout 504 Nm of torque.
Tata claims a 0–100 kmph sprint in just 6.3 seconds, the quickest in the segment. One of the key highlights is the presence of six terrain modes which aim to deliver adaptive capability across multiple surfaces, supported by a 540-degree surround view camera system that also displays what’s underneath the vehicle.

The Harrier EV also gets a segment-first 14.53-inch QLED touchscreen infotainment system and a 10-speaker JBL Black sound system with Dolby Atmos and specific audio profiles while the suspension setup comes with Frequency Dependent Damping tech. Other assist features are e-Valet auto park assist, a digital key dubbed Digi Access and Tata’s own DrivePay interface for seamless in-car payments.
The electric Harrier’s battery specs will vary by variant but the top-spec version uses a 75 kWh pack that delivers an ARAI certified 627 km under combined P1+P2 test conditions. The expected real world range hovers between 480 and 505 km. In addition, fast charging capabilities allow for a 250 km top up in just 15 minutes under optimal conditions according to the brand.
