VinFast Partners with Global Assure to Strengthen Customer Service Network in India
VinFast, a global electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has announced a strategic collaboration with Global Assure to enhance its customer service infrastructure across India. This partnership aims to deliver seamless and reliable support to VinFast customers as the company prepares to introduce its premium electric SUVs – the VF 7 and VF 6 – to the Indian market.
Under this alliance, Global Assure will provide a comprehensive range of services, including 24×7 Call Center support, Nationwide Roadside Assistance (RSA), mobile charging solutions, and on-demand mobile service operations. These services will be accessible through both mobile and email platforms, ensuring convenient assistance for customers across the country.
