The battle for dominance in this highly competitive space will heat up as manufacturers such as Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Toyota, Renault and Nissan prepare to slot in new products looking to strengthening their foothold and expanding market share. The largest carmaker in the country’s first all-electric vehicle, the e Vitara, is all set to launch in the coming months and it will be sold through Nexa dealerships. It will be available with two battery options and boast a range of over 500 km per charge. It will also be packed with features including Level 2 ADAS and a large touchscreen.

With shared design cues and mechanical bits, the five-seater will be equipped with modern technologies and features inside the cabin.
