Indian advertising company Signpost has announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Rameshwar Prasad Agrawal, effective March 31, 2025.
Agrawal joined Signpost as CFO in July 2024, succeeding Naren Suggula. A seasoned finance professional with over 28 years of experience in Banking and Corporate Finance, he has previously worked with ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, and HDFC Bank.
Agrawal holds several certifications in Investment Banking and Capital Markets from esteemed institutions including IIM Calcutta and IIM Indore, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Allahabad University.
Positioning itself as a digital out-of-home advertising enterprise, Signpost recently reported its Q3 results, with Net Sales rising 7.21% YoY to Rs.112.21 crore.
The company has yet to announce its plans for appointing a new CFO.
