Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 e-Motorcycle: Launch timeline, all you need to know
Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 e-Motorcycle.

Royal Enfield is finally gearing up to enter the electric motorcycle space with the C6, the first model under its newly introduced EV-only brand, Flying Flea. The model was first showcased at the EICMA 2024 and was recently displayed in India. The Flying Flea name itself pays homage to the lightweight motorcycles used by the British Army during World War II, which were airdropped behind enemy lines in France. Here’s everything that you need to know about Royal Enfield’s first ever EV.

Flying Flea C6: Design

In terms of design, the C6 is built on a lightweight forged aluminum frame. The motorcycle looks very streamlined, unlike any other RE on offer today. It gets round LED headlight, round tail lamps and handlebar-mounted round LED turn indicators. Other highlights include a sleek, tear drop-shaped tank which has been housed above a battery housing.
The suspension setup, interestingly, consists of a girder-style fork at the front and a monoshock at the rear. It gets disc brakes on both wheels, supported by dual-channel ABS.

Flying Flea C6: Features

The Flying Flea C6 is also equipped with modern safety features such as a traction control system and cornering ABS. At the heart of the C6 is an advanced operating system developed in-house by Royal Enfield, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon QWM2290 processor. This system enables 4G, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connectivity through a round TFT instrument cluster. It also offers built-in navigation and a dedicated Voice Assist button that allows riders to access directions with simple commands.

Flying Flea C6: Battery and range

As of now, the company has not disclosed any specifics about the battery capacity, chemistry or motor outputs. However, the company has confirmed that the official launch is expected to take place either later this year or in early 2026 and we can expect more details to be revealed later this year.
